CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure an exceptional experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made at least four (4) hours prior to your scheduled service time.

Cancellations made within four hours of the appointment will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.

Appointments missed without notice will be charged in full.
